Explore product details Airakosh Ukadiche Modak. 6 pieces per tub, net weight 300g. No added colours. No added preservatives.
Coconut, Jaggery, Rice flour, Water, Oil, Sugar, Salt, Cardamom.

Method 1 – Steamer:
Place the modaks on a moist thin cloth in a steamer.
Steam for 9–10 minutes.
Serve hot.
Method 2 – Cooker:
Add water to a cooker at the bottom and bring it to a boil.
Place modaks on a moist cloth on a stand/plate.
Cover and steam without whistle for 7–8 minutes.
Serve hot.
Steam as instructed and enjoy hot with ghee.
